The Importance of Lymph Drainage Therapy for Good Health
The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body's ability to drain stagnant fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, and maintain a healthy immune system (Asdonk, 1970, Adair & Guyton, 1982). The lymph system removes toxins from the body that are too large to fit in the blood stream.
Unlike the circulatory system, which uses the pumping of the heart to circulate its blood flow, lymph vessels rely upon hundreds of tiny muscular units (lymphangions) contracting throughout the body to propel lymph flow (Mislin, 1961). The lymph flow can be hindered or even stopped due to surgery, trauma, burns, infections, substantial swelling, fatigue, stress or age.
When the lymph circulation stagnates, fluids, proteins, cells and toxins accumulate, and cellular functioning is significantly compromised (Adair & Guyton, 1982).
Indications for Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT)
Many conditions can benefit from Lymph Drainage, including:
- torn muscles

If you know someone who suffers from Hepatitis C, they can learn about natural remedies free at this website: www.naturalremediesforhepc.com
I used these natural remedies for over 25 years and remained healthy "looking" as I was slowly dying even though I had grade IV cirrhosis of the liver and was told that people die with grade II.
